| Refunds / Order Changes / Cancellations Purchasing products from us are made easier with our order change and cancellation policy. If you?re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever we can to make you happy. However, because we are selling a custom made product that is designed specifically for your home, we cannot refund any payments after 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes to any order however, we cannot promise that a change request will take place. In the event that you wish to cancel your order or make a change, the request must be made over the phone with our customer service department on the same day you placed your order. If we make the mistake or your product is damaged in shipping, we?ll promptly correct the problem. All of our window coverings are custom made and the measuring for these window coverings are the responsibility of the consumer. You can be extremely confident with your measurements by following our online measuring instructions. Products measured incorrectly are not returnable for any reason. Measuring / Order Entry Disclaimer All PremierBlinds.com products are custom made to fit your exact specifications. We guarantee your blinds and drapery will fit your window perfectly as long as you follow our measuring instructions. If when manufacturing your product we happen to make a mistake, we will replace that product at no charge to you. If, however, you make a mistake in either measuring or entering your information into our website we will remake them for you at a discounted price. The price we will discount it by will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If there is a situation where you have to return product to us based on a mistake you have made, all cost?s including shipping will have to be paid by you. This is why we strongly suggest that you follow the measuring instructions carefully and that you double check the information you enter when placing your order. Color Disclaimer Because computer monitors vary a lot from one computer to another, we strongly suggest that you order swatches to view the actual color. It is for this reason that we cannot guarantee your satisfaction on colors for those who did not order the free color swatches. In addition, because some of our products are made of natural materials and fibers, color variations can occur from one die lot to another. If you have a lot of windows to do, it is highly suggested that you order all of the windows at the same time. If a situation occurs with a color variation or discrepancy of your window coverings, we will require that you contact our customer service department. Our experienced staff will deal with the situation accordingly. |
