Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening

Our Light Filtering Pleated Shade offer you aesthetic beauty combined with convenient functionality. These shades will allow sunlight to come through the fabric, however privacy is not an issue. Pleated Shades are constructed from a single piece of fabric, carefully pleated into crisp folds that give the end of the shades an accordion-like appearance from either end. We use only 100% polyester fabric, and all of our Pleated Shades are coated with scotch guard for added protection.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Because computer monitors vary widely from one computer to another, we strongly suggest that you order sample swatches to view the actual color. It is for this reason that we cannot guarantee your satisfaction on colors for those who did not order the free color swatches.

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors displayed on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards.

Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If an exact color match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal color variations as stated by the manufacturers.

Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc.

Warranty Information
Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Pemier Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening and the way it is installed in your home, Premier Window Fashions guarantees your shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Premier Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.

Five Year Warranty: For the period of five years from the date of purchase, Premier Window Fashions will repair or replace any Premier Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening which is defective in materials or workmanship.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Premier Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Premier Premier Pleated Shades - Room Darkening are a natural product. Slight warping and variation in color and grain are normal and not considered defects. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Premier Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE OR UNDER ANY GUARANTEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also, this Limited Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
