Shipping

We provide free shipping to anywhere within the continental United States for products under 96" in length. (We cannot ship to Post Office boxes) If you have special shipping requirements, we can provide shipping to almost anywhere for additional costs. Call us toll free at 18004blinds to discuss your specific requirements. Some of our products are sent to you directly by our manufactures. If you have ordered different products they may arrive on separate dates.We'll make every effort to meet our anticipated shipping date; however, since all of our products are custom made, we cannot guarantee a specific date. This is because there are certain circumstances that are not under our control such as out of stock components, backorders, custom colors and delays in shipping. Standard Ground Shipping is included in all orders at no extra cost. Some window coverings are too large or too heavy for ground shipping by Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. Additional shipping charges may apply. Free Shipping is within the continental U.S. only. Alaska and Hawaii have additional charges. Shipping to locations outside the U.S. will incur additional charges regardless of the method of shipping. Next day and second day air shipping is available on most products at an additional charge. Please contact our customer service department for additional questions.

Inspection of Merchandise

Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive your order and notify premierblinds.com immediately if the merchandise has been damaged during the shipping process. Also, please check to make sure that the products received are exactly the same as you ordered. If you notify premierblinds.com that the merchandise has been damaged during the shipping process or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify premierblinds.com that the merchandise has been damaged or made incorrectly within this 7 day period, premierblinds.com cannot be responsible to repair or replace the merchandise.

Returns

When you receive your order, make sure that you open all packages and thoroughly inspect it for any shipping damage or manufacturing defects. We stand behind all the products we sell, and if you are not completely satisfied, we'll do everything possible to make it right. Because all of our products are custom made they cannot be returned except for warranty repairs. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. When you follow our instructions we guarantee your blinds will fit perfectly. We understand that mistakes may occur and if we make a mistake on your order we will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you make an error in measuring or ordering please contact us. Depending on the type of error, you may return the product to the factory for alteration or we will have it remade at a discount. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Product Warranty

All products of premierblinds.com are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty in the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed just contact us and we'll arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer(s) and extended to the original purchaser. Once your window coverings are installed, the manufacturer guarantees your blind will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended. For claims covered by the guarantee, the manufacturer will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. This guarantee does not apply to any blinds or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for installation, care and cleaning, or repairs. Slight warping and variation in color and grain are normal with a wood product and not considered defects. In addition some fading and/or discoloration of the finish may occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.

Measurements

We expect that you have measured correctly for your blinds. A custom blind that is made correctly based on incorrect measurements cannot be reused and be put back on the shelf. For that reason, we suggest that you review our measuring guide and double check your measurements. Blinds that are correctly made to your measurements cannot be returned.

Color Accuracy

Although we believe or colors are portrayed as accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee that what you see on your computer monitor will be an exact match. If in doubt, contact customer service via email or by phone for information or ordering swatches. Computer monitors vary in their ability to accurately display colors. We encourage you to order sample swatches if getting just the exact color is imperative. Manufacturers experience slight variations in dye lots so even samples are not always an absolute indication of the final product you will receive. We assume that slight minor differences in the displayed color and the actual product color are acceptable.
